Business litigation occasionally relates less to the claim and more to the desire to hurt the opponent.  This type of conduct is improper.  Pennsylvania has taken the law of Malicious Abuse and codified it what is know as the Dragonetti Act.  We are active in Dragonetti litigation in both state and federal courts.
